    I purchased the birkosport arch support insoles on a whim to relieve my plantar fasciitis. I love my birkenstock sandals, so I thought birkenstock insoles might work, too. And I was right! I slip them into my tennis shoes and the pain is immediately relieved, allowing me to walk 2 miles in comfort. The only con is that they have started to squeek. Not sure what that is all about, but I am willing to live with that little quirk as long as I am pain free.
