These insoles are great! I love the feel of Birkenstocks, but I walk a lot and prefer to walk in athletic shoes. When I put these insoles in my athletic shoes (over the existing insoles), I have the best of both worlds! They last as long as the shoes, as a rule, and they stay put in the shoes.
